Jenyé is the founder of Brave Works Collaborative, bringing over 20 years of expertise in adult learning, coaching, and organizational culture development. Her career began in education reform, driven by a commitment to create spaces where everyone can thrive. She has served as a teacher, evaluator, leadership coach, Professional Development Director, and Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging where she has honed her skills to transform workspaces and building bold cultures one brave step at a time. A third-generation educator, Jenyé draws from her family’s legacy of resilience and dedication to education to challenge systemic inequities and foster inclusive, effective work cultures. She is a graduate of Howard University, and lives in the Washington, DC metropolitan area with her two sons.
